The white bleaching powder WHITE DECO POWDER, with its heavy non-volatile powder formulation rich in high quality ingredients and blue-violet pigments, allows you to obtain excellent bleaching with any technique (streaks, bleaches, highlights, etc.) with the utmost respect for the hair, avoiding orange-yellow toning.
How to use: wear suitable gloves, proceed with the mixture in a ventilated environment, pour the necessary dose into a non-metallic bowl and add the oxidizing emulsion in small doses until the desired consistency is reached. Mix thoroughly with the oxidizer at 10-20-30 or 40 vol with a mixing ratio of 1:2.
