Difference has always been a cause for persecution when times are dark and troubled. When fear takes power, what is outside the norms is seen as a threat.
With this collection, Christian Ríos reviews a black page in our history, Hitler's Nazi Germany, in which, to the systematic murders of the gay, bisexual and lesbian community of that time, other ethnic and political groups were added.
For this reason, Leben is a tribute to the millions of people who died only because of their sexual orientation, victims of ruthless fanaticism. The tones of the hair reflect the different geographical origins, which together with the different haircuts and volumes show a different essence. Uniforms remind us of a rigid masculinity, a harsh aesthetic in features and hairstyles, with very marked haircuts to harden jaws, which is counteracted by the presence of excessive jewelry.

TRENESIS BOHEMIAN: NATURALNESS, FRESHNESS AND FREEDOM

Carol Bruguera launches the most summery of her Trenesis collection: Trenesis Bohemian.
This new collection maximizes the naturalness of the hair and uses techniques of weaving craftsmanship.

The new Carol Bruguera collection has a bohemian spirit and calls for people to get rid of their inhibitions and live each day as if it were the only one of the summer: this is Trenesis Bohemian.

Bohemia is the name given to that which departs from social conventions and which privileges art and culture over the material. Inspired by it, this collection for long hair enhances the naturalness of the hair offering a great freedom of movement: tying it only on a few specific points and just enough to bring it grace. At the same time, these original knots are based on the artistry of craftsmanship, as they combine two old techniques of classic knitting, flat and warp, together with two other techniques of macrame tubular.

Through this collection, the aim is to play, experiment and make manual techniques for braiding evolve, merging them into new combinations and using transgressive elements. In short: to make hairdressing an art.

Trenesis Bohemian tries to stop, to let flow and to live a dream summer.

This new release is part of the Trenesis. series. In 2018, the Carol Bruguera hairdressing chain launched an avant-garde collection that took braids to another level. It soon became a huge success, and in fact it is now an internationally renowned reference. This collection was a finalist in some of the world's most famous hairdressing competitions and its evolution, Trenesis 2, won one of the biggest awards in the sector: the Hairbrained Video Awards.

Currently its creators are working on a long-awaited third version of Trenesis that will see the light very soon and promises, once again, to break the mould.
