In lockdown, I felt there was a shift in movement within our industry and in general with us all.
We have been through a change in times, where we feel we need to move with the ever changing world we currently live in.
Whether that’s to do with seeing our family and friends more or with how we treat the world, we all changed our perspective on what was important to us.
For me this is how I have represented how movement for me is ever changing.

Finnish hairdresser Kati Suokas created "Weave of Dawn" based on household crochet.
During one summer, in her cabin in the woods, her children wove for school homework. Meanwhile, the sun was filtering through the pines and covering them with a warm bronze hue.
In that bucolic moment, the inspiration for this collection was born.

As its name suggests, Jonathan Turner’s Achromic collection is deliberately devoid of colour for a focus that’s purely on shape and texture.
Perfectly in tune with the make-up and styling, the texture, shape and finish of each hair look is the focal point that defines the image.
Without the use of colour, Jonathan relies on skilful styling techniques on well crafted haircuts to deliver this visually strong collection.

"Gravity", Javier Gomar's second collection, is planned entirely on round angles and volumes.
When planning that idea, he immediately came to mind the largest and most unreachable that surrounds us, the galaxy.
His movements and hairstyles are inspired by the multiple celestial objects: simultaneous rings as if they were a satellite, but also the movements seen in an aurora borealis.

with the aim to achieve looks with a sense of purity.

The collection was inspired by a new global and dimensional version of Very Peri, the Pantone color of 2022, suggesting a dynamic of metallic tones presented with different shapes and angles.

Color inserts are formed to provide different accents in the tonal blocks, enriching the result and offering very visual and creative images. The textures gain in expressiveness, and the contrasts between color, headdresses, and finishes break with the predictable.
