| Descubre con Cebado los consejos profesionales pare dar al cabello volumen natural, a pesar de las inclemencias del tiempo. En 5 pasos el cabello gana vitalidad y volumen, plantado cara al frio, viento y humedad.: 1- Peina-facil: clave del corte. Una tecnica de corte de vaciado por las capas inferiores combinada con un desfilado muy apurado para texturizar el cabello, le damos mayor espesor de dentro hacia fuera. 2- Secado a toalla: mas cosmetica de volumen. Despiés de lavar el cabello con un champù de volumen, es necesario eliminar la humedad con una toalla, a continuacion aplicaremos espuma o locion de volumen, eligendo la textura segùn el tipo de cabello. 3- Cepillos y peines: levanatr raices. Para dar volumen lo mejor es utilizar epillo redondo y grueso, porque serà mas fàcil despegar las raices y darle mayor volumen al peinado. Vaporizar un poco de laca. 4- La tecnica del secado: masaje y secador. Efectuar un masaje con las palmas de las manos sopbre las raices, de manera que se movilicen en todas direcciones, incluso volviendo la cabeza hacia abajo. Secamos el cabello con el secador en esta posicion. 5- Enemigos del volumen: dejate aconsejar. Uno cabellos fino se vuelven mas lacios y sin volumen con cosmetica nutritiva, con espuma o geles. |

Managers from each of the salons judged the competition, with the winner, created by Stephanie Burrow, entitled "Cirque du Frog". Runners up were Nicole Cox and Alex Manning. |

| Domenica 13 maggio 2012: a Milano si è tenuto uno degli eventi più glamour e attesi del mondo dell'hairstyle: il TSL (Trend Style Live) di L'Oréal Professionel. L'incontro con l'Azienda è iniziato con gli interventi di alcuni relatori di spicco, ognuno dei quali ha fatto il punto della situazione visto dalla prospettiva formativa, (Pietro Falconi), economica (Francesco Vallone), marketing (Coline Herné) e moda (Mariagrazia Longhi). A seguire le sfilate e le pedane degli ambasciatori stilisti L'Oréal Professionnel, ad interpretare i quattro moods che davano corpo alla giornata: Urban Jungle, Soft Memory, Oltre e Holiday. Ha chiuso la kermesse l'atteso ospite internazionale: Bertram K (Austria), anche lui portatore di stile e novità su una pedana destinata, per attualità e gusto, ad imporsi in ogni salone. |

| "I am extremely proud today, to have worked at Vidal Sassoons salons and schools from 1964 until 1977 what I would call the golden years of haircutting. I started as a junior in Bond street salon and after 3 years training under Christopher Brooker I moved to the Sloan street salon I was fortunate that at 19 years old in 1967, I went on to teach at the FIRST Vidal Sassoon school in Knightsbridge and a few years later we all moved to the Davies Muse school, later I went on to be the first Director of the first ACADEMY. I got to teach over ten thousand hairdressers in that time. Including some of the most famous hairdressers in the world today. The list is long... I moved and made my home in Rome, Italy, and tried to take the Sassoons theories and techniques to the Italians. I have been teaching what I learnt, for the last thirty years. Its been a tough battle here in Italy with women very different from their counterparts in Great Britain but I have seen women in Italy get more authority and autonomy and men are starting to give women more respect, a far cry from the 1980s when I first came. With the next generation I think their is a change in the air. Well I hope so for every ones sake. Thank you VIDAL SASSOON". |
| "Sono molto orgoglioso oggi di aver lavorato nei saloni e nelle accademie Vidal Sassoon dal 1964 al 1977, gli anni d'oro dell'haircutting. Ho cominciato come apprendista nel salone di Bond Street e dopo tre anni di formazione con Christopher Brooker, misono spostato a Sloan Street. Nel 1967, all'età di 19 anni, ho proseguito insegnando alla prima scuola Vidal Sassoon a Knightsbridge epochi anni dopo ci spostammo alla Davies Muse school, quindi divenni il primo Direttore della prima accademia. | It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Vidal Sassoon CBE, who died at his home in Los Angeles surrounded by loved ones. The 84 year old hairdresser was born in 1928 and sadly lost his battle with leukaemia today. He became the most celebrated hairdresser in the world having begun his career as an apprentice during the Second World war going on to revolutionise an industry through his iconic haircuts, salons, schools and product lines. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 20 years Ronnie, his children, grandchildren, family and friends. |
| Si è spento ieri, 9 maggio, a Los Angeles, circondato sai suoi cari VIDAL SASSOON. L'84enne guru dell'Hairstyle, nato nel 1928, ha perso la sua battaglia contro la Leucemia. È diventato il parrucchiere più famoso del mondo cominciando la sua carriera come apprendista durante la seconda guerra mondiale, rivoluzionando il mondo dell'hairdressing con i suoi tagli geometrici, i suoi Saloni, Accademie e linee di prodotti. Lascia a piangerlo sua moglie Ronnie, figlio, nipote, famiglia e amici. |

| "I had known Vidal Sassoon for many years and he has been a life-long inspiration on my work. With his vision and energy, he is the man who changed the face of hairdressing forever. As a person he had an incredible gentleness and a generosity of spirit that was very special. We were very honoured when Vidal agreed to become Worldwide Patron of Alternative Hair, a position that he took very seriously. He was an incredible support and his influence and inspiration will continue. It is very poignant that Vidal passed away on the same day as my son Valentino, having both suffered from Leukaemia. And, it is perhaps both special and ironic that we have named our 30th anniversary show, "Legends". Vidal's influence and presence will remain with us forever, and we will honour him as a friend and a hairdresser." |
| Conoscevo Vidal Sassoon da molti anni ed ha sempre ispirato il mio lavoro. Con la sua visione della vita e la sua energia egli è l'uomo che ha cambiato il volto dell'hairdressing per sempre. Come persona era dotato di incredibile gentilezza e generosità d'animo. Fummo profondamente onorati quando Vidal accettò di diventare patrono mondiale dell'Alternative Hair, ruolo che prese molto seriamente. Egli fu di enorme supporto e la sua influenza e ispirazione continueranno. È molto commovente che Vidal sia venuto a mancare lo stesso giorno di mio figlio Valentino, avendo entrambi sofferto di Leucemia. Ed è sia speciale che ironico che quest'anno il trentesimo anniversario dello Show (Alternative Hair Show - ndr) si chiami "Leggende". L'influenza e la presenza di Vidal saranno con noi per sempre e lo ricorderemo come amico e come parrucchiere. |
