I’m inspired by all things around me in this world. Especially when you least expect it. Patterns, textures, nature, animals, people and the versatility of all these things.
Hard and soft, rough and smooth, tousled and refined. The ability to create different shapes using hair; adorned with metal hardware, leather, lace is such a creative playground. It’s opposite worlds fused together forming beauty and mesmerizing your audience.
I showcased shine with the face frame wave versus matte in the loose strands. Curly hair and straight. Smooth hair in the fringe versus texture throughout. Refined with braids and a tousled mohawk. I showcased a figure 8 braid done and undone extending her length and keeping short on top. Metal chains fused together with hair to also extend length in the back, while keeping her short natural ponytail wrapped in leather.
One side of the hairstyle slicked down using Resintek, and given artificial texture with straight pins, reminds me of scales so I decided to make a twisted edge fishtail braid to drape and give length below. The undone infinity braid reminds me so much of a peacock feather, naturally beautiful, so I placed one on each side of the hairstyle.
The balance of the hair piercings on top and the chainlink hair draped in the back giving length keeps fluidity of the metal hardware in the style.
Her couture outfit and edgy chic hair evolve a style of her own. Ever changing form of self-expression radiates throughout her entire look. It’s ECLECTIC a la mode.

Tv e internet continuano a rappresentare i segmenti trainanti.

STYGIAN presents a fusion of cutting techniques, incorporating classic methods with angles and curves that are tailored with an editorial approach to add a subtle distortion in textures to become futuristic and fresh. Color that is divided by segments of light creates a complex framework of depth in dark and light shadows. STYGIAN is an illusion of dark, ethereal beauty.

Inspired by melting crayon art, Demchuk created haircolor that tricks the eye by not knowing where color starts and stops. This was achieved by blending multiple forms of color placement with a minimal amount of foil packets, paired with strong fundamental cutting and styling techniques. Once placed against a pure white canvas backdrop, the artwork has been created and open to interpretation.

Inspired by the fictitious & villainous Disney Character, Cruella De Vil, the collection symbolizes a paradigm of two contrary forces. Black representing power and strength, with deep, devilish qualities; whereas white represents innocence and pureness. Although different and appealing in their own way, their beauty soars when meshed together; offering an exciting, yet edgy allure.

During a trip to Milan last August to purchase salon furniture, Michael & Adrian were intrigued by how the women dressed – so chic and simple yet with an unassuming sophistication and assuredness.
This prompted the duo to think about creating a collection that would capture this style, paying homage to women and their beauty and strength.
Usually a term used to describe a “big shot” or man in power the collection name “Pezzonovante”, is used here to describe those women we saw on the streets of Milan.
To Michael and Adrian, they were powerful and confident yet still embracing their own individual strength and sensuality and this has been reflected in ‘Pezzonovante”.
Key statement pieces in the styling and neutral tones – camel, teak, mahogany, oak, mauve – perfectly complement the beauty in the natural feel of the hair that lends itself to a distinct editorial feel.
Each look displays a subtly in movement and softness, allowing the model’s natural strength to shine, confident in their own individuality and sense of style.
