Damien Rinaldo of Boris the Cuttery has crafted this bold, sassy collection based on down to earth, even tough street looks. Girl turns into boy - From short crops to blunt fringes to sharply dressed long hair, this collection expresses the street looks of strong women who are worldly, creative and maybe even a tiny bit soft on the inside, if the truth be told. Celebrating the look of the individual, the only fashion directive here is to do what suits you. The mullet is back along with masculine crops given feminine twists with colour and texture. Corn rows and braiding continue in hair fashion, this time the look is that of the Australian beach hippy - salty, a bit sea swept and reminiscent of dreadlocks.

Staying true to the Mahogany ethos, a combination of classic cutting techniques combined with internal free hand layering to create a dishevelled texture are the key elements of this latest collection. Inspired by fashion in the late Edwardian era, the texture in the hair mirrors the "La Belle Époque" movement of the time, where looser clothing and interesting materials such as lace and netting came into play. The tonal palette carries the likes of dark mulberry - think crushed velvet, denim blue and porcelain blondes, matt like powdery chalk.

DAVINES, la nota azienda produttrice di cosmetici professionali per capelli con sede a Parma, ha progettato come nuova sede un "villaggio della bellezza" che verrà costruito con un basso impatto ambientale unendo tutela del paesaggio ed elevatissimi standard etici e sociali. La nuova sede, sempre a Parma, sarà pronta nel 2017 ed è costata al colosso della cosmetica circa 24 milioni di euro.

Il DAVINES VILLAGE ospiterà sia i laboratori di produzione che quelli di ricerca oltre alle aree dedicate alla formazione e agli uffici.
Oltre a questo il progetto prevede anche una grande serra e un giardino della biodiversità da cui saranno selezionati gli ingredienti per lo sviluppo dei prodotti DAVINES ma anche per il ristorante interno.

La nuova sede rispecchierà a pieno i valori che da sempre contraddistinguono l'azienda: sostenibilità, benessere e rispetto per la natura e gli uomini.

E il mercato sta dando ragione alla direzione scelta da DAVINES, che ha chiuso il 2015 con un fatturato in crescita del 16,8%.
